VAs work from their own offices, on a contractual basis, and abide by an established Code of Ethics requiring integrity, honesty and due diligence.
Q: Do you have to be an employee to work for me?

We do not work for our clients, we work with our clients to achieve one common goal……… to save the client money and to expand our businesses. When contracting with EHV Consultants we will always complete a W-9 form and send it to your company prior to beginning assignments. We are responsible for our own taxes.

Q: How do I know my company’s documents will be kept confidential?
A:
It is absolutely imperative that you have your attorney design a non-compete/non-disclosure agreement and then make sure your virtual assistant signs and returns the agreement before beginning any work for your company. EHV Consultants require all clients sign this agreement and we include this in our contract disclaimer.
Q: I need my VA in the office at times
A:
EHV Consultants are 100% virtual service providers. If your business requires a “live” assistant, EHV Consultants is not for you.
