Hourly Rates $35/hr depending on the work volume and timeline involved. This will work well for
individuals who are not sure how many hours they’ll need an assistant. It will also work well
for one time projects requiring only a few hours of time.
Retainer Packages As your business continues
to grow and we develop a comfortable working relationship you may want to
consider a retainer package. This will save your business money and will also
reserve you a specific number of hours per month that EHV Consultants
availability to you.
Retainer Package Pricing
per month (based on $35.00 rate), other packages are available.
10 hours $332.50(a 5% savings)
20 hours $630.00 (a 10% savings)
40 hours $1190.00(a 15% savings)
Billing Terms and Invoicing Retainer clients are billed monthly and invoices are due on the 5th of each month. Non-retainer clients must pay for services rendered upon completion of assignment. Refunds are not available for any unused hours. We accept business checks, cashiers checks and Paypal until further notice. The convenience to pay via credit card will be available soon.
You may incur additional charges for special stationary or other tasks outside of the typical office supplies and services. Items
requiring a rush or 24 hour turnaround will incur additional charges.
EHV Consultants are also available to you outside of normal business
hours we provide assistance on nights and weekends. Holiday service
will also be provided with an additional charge.
